1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, including standard express, expedited express, and international express, sea shipment. Customers can choose the appropriate shipping method based on their needs.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Express: Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Express: Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days.
• International Express: Estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days, depending on the customs processing time of the destination country.
• Sea Shipment: Estimated shipping time is 30-40 calendar days.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount, weight, and destination. The specific fees will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

For stock designs, we usually shipped without 24 hours. For orders with quantities less than 50k, we will process and ship within 5-7 business days after receiving payment. For orders with quantities greater than 50k, we will process and ship within 7-20 business days after receiving payment. Once the goods are shipped, we will send the tracking number via email.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can use the tracking number provided to check the order status in real-time on the logistics company’s website.

6. Shipping Insurance

We provide shipping insurance for all orders to ensure that customers can receive compensation in case of damage or loss during transportation.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

If there is any damage or loss caused during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will assist you with the return or exchange process.

We will make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, customs delays, etc.).
