Shenzhen GEP Printing Co., Ltd. is located in the manufacturing hub of Shenzhen, China, covering an area of 18,000 square meters. The company boasts a variety of intelligent automated printing and silk-screening production equipment, a high-precision dust-free workshop, and high standards in technical and production management. With 9 years of professional production experience, our main products include tattoo stickers and water transfer stickers. We have a strong foundation in both hardware and software, enabling us to meet customer demands with high standards and efficiency. Our production strictly adheres to multiple quality certifications such as ISO 9001 and GMPC, and we hold various certifications including FDA, SGS, MSDS, CPC, and BSCI etc.. We primarily produce tattoo stickers, water transfer stickers, nail stickers, bubble stickers, and a variety of tattoo types using techniques like ordinary color printing, white ink, glow-in-the-dark, glitter, fluorescent, gold foil, and silver foil. Our Story
In 2015, my husband and I had just graduated from university. We had always wanted to get a tattoo, but we hesitated because we couldn’t find the right design and were concerned about the risk of infection. After a long search, we finally discovered an alternative—tattoo stickers. They are not only non-toxic and harmless but also easy to remove. Thus, we began our journey with tattoo stickers.
At first, we just used them for fun ourselves, but soon our friends became interested in tattoo stickers as well. So, we rented a small shop and started designing some patterns. As our business grew, we decided to lease a factory, hire workers, and look for high-quality raw material suppliers.
For the paper, we chose imported Korean water transfer paper. This paper has a smooth, delicate surface with no texture, uniform adhesive layers, and no glue leakage. It has a high printing color rate, accurate registration, and does not deform. The dehydration time is quick (about 30 seconds), it has good slip properties, and leaves no residue after peeling. There are no film shadows or exploding flowers during the baking process. After numerous tests, we found that this water transfer paper provided the best printing results. For the ink, we chose eco-friendly pop plant-based ink. This ink is non-toxic and harmless, and it helps reduce allergic reactions.
After 9 years of development, our products are now exported to over 100 countries worldwide. Our company is equipped with numerous printing machines, including the Heidelberg CD102-5-L five-color press, SM74 four-color press, 820 rotary gold foil machine, die-cutting machine, and both fully automatic and semi-automatic screen printing machines.
